CitySurf Globe is a sophisticated 3D virtual globe system designed as a mobile counterpart to its Windows desktop application. Utilizing OpenGL APIs, it offers high-performance navigation solutions by leveraging the hardware acceleration capabilities of modern devices.

The application facilitates the integration of custom raster images and detailed vector data, including roads, buildings, and points of interest, through CitySurf Globe Server, which requires separate inquiry for access.

• Full globe navigation with intuitive two-finger pinch zoom
• Screen tilt and rotation via on-screen scroll bars
• Dynamic rotation to true north using a digital compass, activated by the compass icon
